IIDENTITY SALON TAKES PRIDE IN THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROVIDED TO EVERY GUEST. 

Refunds will not be issued on salon services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify the salon within 2 days of your service. We will ask that you return to the salon so we can assess the situation in person. At this time, we will make every effort to adjust to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service. If you do not wish to see the same stylist, the owner or manager will have to approve the service can be transferred and if

Exchanges are accepted for retail products purchased within 30 days. If you are unhappy with the results of a product, let us know your likes and dislikes and we will find a better option for you to take home.
